CBP
and
DHS
I started at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in August of 2020. At CBP, I was the primary content creator for Instagram. I also help develop content based on press releases for Facebook and Twitter. Once a week, I submitted content for the Commissioner.
As the primary content creator for Instagram I:
• Grew CBP national Instagram account by about 18,000 in eleven months, 25,000 in eighteen months
• Implemented an Instagram Story campaign that increased Story impressions by approximately 249%
• Increased Instagram profile impressions by over 13% over a ten-month period
• Increased web traffic referrals by over 400% from Instagram Stories
In February 2022, I started a 60-day Detail with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where I helped create content for the Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram account of DHS and Secretary Mayorkas.

NCUA
In the summer of 2019, I interned with the National Credit Union Administration, in Alexandria, Virginia. (Office of Business Innovation.)
As part of the NCUA, I worked on a number of projects. Including four website redesigns, creating program user guides and a monthly newsletter.

Department
In the spring of 2019, I interned with the U.S. Department of State, in Washington, D.C. I worked in the Bureau of Public Affairs in the Office of Public Engagement.
In this position, I arranged briefings with the State Department officials, assisted with a number of high level meetings and designed graphics.

This is work that I have done for various clients throughout my collegiate career.
A partner and I created a media press kit for Muncie OUTreach in the fall of our junior year.
The following semester, I was an account director of a team of five for The Ara Project, a conservation group in Costa Rica. We presented The Ara Project with the media press kit at the end of the semester.
I have only included work that I worked on independently.

Created on WordPress for student organization in the fall of 2018. The website design/layout was configured by me. The photos that belong to the blog pieces are from the content creators (not me.)

This is what I like to do in my free time; edit photos.
I like to take my own photos, edit them and make them look interesting. Sometimes I add a quote. Sometimes I don't.
I also like to find copyright free images and edit them to make them my own.
In September of 2019, I started to sell prints on my Etsy. I have labeled the ones that are on Etsy.

Card designs
Since September of 2019, I have been working on greeting card designs. Most of the designs are on my Etsy store and I am continually working to make them better and make more for each season.
